Beau has over 18 years’ experience in the Construction, Contract Management, Maintenance and Facilities Management industry ranging from his beginning as a Carpenter through to Project & Contract Management both in delivery & client side.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project planning – ensuring all project are planned in accordance to the company’s policy, procedure and quality system before any work starts.
- Compliance – ensuring that all project activity supervised and operations under his control are conducted in a legal and ethical manner, consistent with company standards, policy and procedure.
- Project management – Overall management of the project from the initial planning stage through to completion and invoicing the client. Ensuring that all tradesmen are well informed on all aspects of the project and its progress. Quote and record all variations.
- WHS&E –Responsible for ensuring that all works on site are executed in line with the highest practicable standards with respect to health and safety in the workplace. Takes the lead role in hazard identification, risk assessment and the development of work method statements to control these hazards. This also includes the health of employees and the public.
- Team leadership – Responsible for leading his team in an effective manner. This includes establishing and monitoring individual and team performance objectives and taking direct accountability for the performance and development of his staff.
